Important Announcement for AmeMix Fans

Hello AmeMix and Lovestruck fans,
Thank you for helping us launch Lovestruck!
We appreciate all your feedback, and while we may not be able to respond, even to some very common suggestions, please be assured that we internally discuss everything we see, and try to incorporate as much as we can that works with our own plans for the future of the app. As fans of games and apps ourselves, we understand that it can be frustrating when complications arise or companies are unable to share details about their decisions.
That said, we have to announce that on June 30 the AmeMix standalone apps will be shut down. Voltage USA is a small team and we have limited capacity. With our move to Lovestruck, we are looking forward to allocating more of our time to bring you a quality reading experience, and less on engineering and programming updates. Though the apps will be closing, the stories will live on in Lovestruck!
We know that many of you enjoy your reading experience in our standalone apps. While Lovestruck is a different kind of app, we have tried to maintain the spirit of the AmeMix reading experience by making it possible for our AmeMix fans to transfer their purchases from the standalone apps into Lovestruck, and permanently setting the cost to read and reread those purchases to 0 tickets and 0 hearts. After reviewing your suggestions, we are also evaluating other things we could do to make your Lovestruck experience closer to that of the standalone apps.
Here are the important dates:
April 30 - Astoria: Fate’s Kiss, Gangsters in Love, and Castaway! Love’s Adventure will be removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play. If you already have them on your device or in your account, this will not affect you. This only affects people who want to download the apps for the first time.
May 31 - In-app purchases will be turned off in all three apps. They will become read-only for all users. Before May 31, if you have not yet transferred your stories to Lovestruck, you can continue to make purchases of stories in Astoria: Fate’s Kiss, Gangsters in Love, and Castaway! Love’s Adventure. After May 31, or after you have transferred your stories to Lovestruck, you will no longer be able to make purchases in these apps.
June 30 - All three apps will be removed from our servers. After June 30, you will no longer be able to open the apps and you will also no longer be able to transfer your stories to Lovestruck.
We’ll repeat this because it’s very important: after June 30 you will no longer be able to transfer your stories.
We hope that giving you some advance warning will help ease the transition from standalone apps to Lovestruck. We really do understand that this decision may come as a disappointment to our AmeMix fans. We hope you understand why we came to this decision and that you will continue to stay with us as we explore our new format.
